4th Quarterly Meeting: Moderated End-of-Year Panel

Historically, the last quarterly meeting of the year for RCA has been an end-of-the year discussion panel and this year is no exception!  Our special holiday breakfast will also be provided.

Our panel discussion will be focused on what YOU want to know so in an effort to make the discussion more meaningful to you and your organization, it would be extremely helpful if members and guests could provide questions in advance for the panel by submitting your question(s) here or at info@richcomp.org.

Our panel of experts will include:   Linda Altman of Associated Administrators, LLC to discuss health care reform, employee morale and Training with Personality Assessment; Sean Gibbons, Esquire, of Roth Doner Jackson, PLC to discuss legal concerns as it relates to compensation, benefits, labor and employment; Chris Hamilton of Towers Watson to discuss compensation design and communication; and Jonny Johnson of Hourigan Construction to share his experiences as an HR practitioner in management for the past 20 years. 

Come dressed to have a professional digital photograph taken!  This year’s meeting will include a free professional digital photograph for attendees (ideal for LinkedIn) as RCA’s gift to you.

Help us feed the hungry.  We will be accepting donations for the Feed More organization.  Items most needed are cereal, peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken, baby formula or food, dried beans, side dishes (like rice-a-roni or mac n’ cheese), canned vegetables (not beans) and seasonal items (excluding cranberry sauce and canned pumpkin).  No candy, please!
