RCA 2026 3rd Quarter Meeting

Event Information 

Our 3rd Quarter event will be centered about variable pay. Variable compensation encompasses bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs alike. Whether you have an extensive program that has been in place for years or you are considering implementing a plan for the very first time, this session is for you. The speaker will cover the different types of variable pay, best practices & processes, and approaches to assess the efficacy of your existing variable pay program. Many illustrations and colorful experiences will help drive the interactive session with the "Sales Comp Guy", Christopher Goff. Lastly, the event will conclude with a live Q&A session to address pertinent questions with direct application for your organization.

Speaker

Christopher Goff, aka, “The Sales Comp Guy”, has 20 years of experience in the areas of Compensation and Sales Operations. He is the author of multiple books on the subjects of hiring, pay transparency, and sales compensation. He frequently speaks and advises organizations of all sizes on the best practices of pay programs across the spectrum of rewards.

Christopher holds an MBA from Rasmussen University, a Master’s degree in Economics from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Catawba College. Christopher is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®), and a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) through WorldatWork.

Christopher currently works as a Senior Director, Sales Compensation for Laboratory Corporation of America. Christopher serves on the Faculty of WorldatWork and is an Adjunct Professor at Catawba College.
