Sean Luitjens is the Vice President of Product Strategy at Salary.com

Sean has an extensive background working in strategic roles across organizations holding positions in Product Development, System Architecture, Global Sales, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Benchmarking, and M&A.

Prior to Salary.com, Sean held leadership positions at Visier, Korn Ferry, AIRINC, and a Principal at Mercer, where he managed the global benefits benchmarking business. His background also includes Monster as the Director of Product Strategy, and a Product Development for the interactive businesses of Fidelity Capital. Additionally, Sean also serves on the board of directors for two additional non-profit organizations.

Sean has worked with clients and partners as well as spoken on a wide range of topics including but not limited to total rewards, pay equity, global mobility, recruitment, compensation and benefits methodology and trends, as well as merger & acquisition strategies. When not working, Sean can likely be found in the great outdoors hitting the trails, climbing, or partaking in a triathlon; in general attempting to not grow up.



Dr. Shayna Cooke, Chief People Officer, Dominion Payroll 

Dr. Shayna Cooke is the Chief People Officer at Dominion Payroll, where she leads People & Culture, Learning & Development, Client Experience, Marketing, and enterprise AI transformation. She has helped scale the organization from under 100 to over 250 employees while strengthening leadership pipelines, improving retention, and driving operational excellence. A recognized voice at the intersection of people and technology, Shayna focuses on AI as an operating model—implementing both built and purchased solutions to increase efficiency, expand capacity, reduce errors, and enhance client outcomes. Her work is grounded in a practical framework—Ideate, Implement, Manage, Measure—that helps organizations move from experimentation to sustained impact. With a background spanning education, consulting, coaching, and executive leadership, she is known for translating complex ideas into actionable strategies that help leaders navigate the future of work with clarity and confidence.



Katerina Rodriguez, Director, Future of Work Strategy at ADP

Katerina is visionary innovation leader, AI enthusiast, and Future of Work strategist with over 20 years of global experience in HR transformation, digital product development, and human capital strategy consulting. As Director of Future of Work Strategy at ADP, she advises C-suite leaders on leveraging AI, agile models, and emerging technologies to redesign the workplace and optimize talent strategy. With a deep background spanning Mercer, startups, and international consulting, Katerina is also a certified Agile HR Practitioner and a U.S. patent holder in talent assessment platforms. Her global perspective (shaped by roles in Athens, London, New York, and now Richmond) fuels her passion for building equitable, human-centered, and resilient organizations.
