Mitch is a seasoned Senior Manager in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has nearly 20 years of Human Capital and Compensation consulting experience combined with extensive industry total rewards expertise. Mitch’s Primary professional experience has been in broad workforce compensation strategy, design, and plan implementation, including job architecture, base pay, incentive compensation, and HR technology implementation experience, both in industry and consulting. He has extensive experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, and Retail Industries.
Joining Deloitte, Mitch has spent significant time delivering architecture solutions aligned with HCM implementation assignments, along with traditional broad-based and executive compensation projects.
Cainaan Lacy
Cainaan is a Compensation and Rewards professional with experience in consulting and industry leading global compensation plans and benchmarking. His expertise has been focused predominantly on rewards job architecture, design, and delivery transformation. Cainaan also has expertise in Financial Services compensation, trends, and benchmarking.
