Nadim Ziady

A Sr. Client Success Manager with PayScale’s MarketPay product facilitating best in class service and support, Nadim has over 17 years of experience in advising clients on market compensation data used in decisions and strategy. Nadim’s primary goals are to assist clients in staying abreast of new functionalities and upcoming webinars and events, ensure alignment across all PayScale teams supporting his clients and to ensure all business goals and objective are accomplished in utilizing the MarketPay tool. Prior to joining PayScale in 2017, Nadim was a Total Rewards Consultant at Mercer for 12 years, working out of the Louisville, Seattle, and Warsaw Poland offices.  Nadim holds a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
