In this session, Mario Ellis will discuss:
Mario serves as the strategic Human Resources leader responsible for the ongoing development, design, implementation, and communication of WellSpan’s Total Rewards function including total compensation, performance management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits, and system-wide recognition programs.
Prior to joining WellSpan, Mario served as Senior Director of Compensation and Retirement Benefits at the Cleveland Clinic and has held a variety of human resources and information technology positions over his more than 30-year career. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from DePaul University.
