Tammy joined Top Line HR in June 2020, as a Senior Consultant focusing on strategic HR consulting. She brings over 30 years of experience as a senior leader in human resources, communications, and diversity and inclusion, throughout a variety of industries. Tammy has served in senior leadership roles for companies including Performance Food Group, Mercer, The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and EAB.
Tammy’s real-world experience and authentic style as an innovative outcomes-based leader, has led to elevating the relevance and role of HR. She is accomplished in delivering effective outcomes in strategic planning, change management, organization design and development, talent development, communications, and engagement.
Her community involvements reflect her passion to make a difference for children in our community and to support others in the profession. She is past board chair of MENTOR (formerly Virginia Mentoring Partnership) and past president of Richmond SHRM. She currently serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Virginia and is a mentor in Richmond SHRM’s Mentorship Program for young HR professionals.
Tammy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. As empty nesters, Tammy and her husband Larry enjoy visiting their two daughters, traveling, and attending VCU basketball games.
