Prepping for an HRIS Implementation – what every compensation professional needs to know

Ed Bucher is a Partner and Senior Consultant in the Global Workforce Rewards practice at Mercer. He has over 20 years of experience in all areas of compensation program design, with an emphasis on global career framework, pay and rewards program design. Ed has worked with clients in a broad array of industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, financial services, high-technology, and fast-moving consumer goods.

 Kristie Marshiano is the Director of Compensation at Genworth where she is responsible for the administration of US and international compensation programs, base pay management and short-term incentive design. Kristie has been at Genworth for 12 years and has over 20 years of experience in the compensation field. Prior to joining Genworth, Kristie was a consultant with Watson Wyatt in their Chicago office.

 Christie Kopinski is the Senior ERP Manager at Genworth. She is currently responsible for the development and delivery of Workday, specializing in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting and Talent and Performance Christie has been at Genworth for nine years and worked in the HRIS/HRIT field for 17 years.

Help us feed the hungry.  We will be accepting donations for the Feed More organization.  Items most needed are peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken, low sodium veggies, fruits packed in juice, spaghetti sauce (no glass), canned or dry beans, hot & cold cereal, and whole grain snacks.  No candy, please! If you attend you will receive a raffle ticket and if you donate, you will receive an additional raffle ticket.
