With over 35 years of consulting expertise, Dr. Klein is a Principal for the Compensation and HR Consulting Group within Gallagher Benefits Services, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Company. Dr. Klein works out of the Richmond, Virginia office. Dr. Klein is a strategic total rewards professional who uses research and analysis based approaches to address human capital program problems, attract and retain talent, and drive organizational results.

Laura Beck has obtained over 20 years of consulting expertise, and is a Consultant for the Compensation and HR Consulting Group within Gallagher Benefits Services, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Company.
