This position is responsible for the implementation and administration of Associate compensation programs. The role supports the design of compensation programs and ensures that Mary Washington Healthcare retains a competitive compensation position in the marketplace and that programs are aligned with the organization’s compensation philosophy and overall talent strategy. These programs include, but not limited to, job evaluation, equitable base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs, and other reward and recognition programs.
