RCA offers a number of programs throughout the year
in the form of quarterly meetings. The quarterly
meetings consist of a continental breakfast, networking opportunities
and a presentation from a speaker or panel of speakers on a topic of
interest to the HR community.
The programs offered by RCA are coordinated by the Programs Committee under the direction of two Directors of Programs, Leslie Van Auken of Chesterfield County Public Schools and J. Leigh Harcum of Hanover County. Each year, a general theme is selected for the program year which becomes the baseline for developing the quarterly meeting presentation topics.
If you are interested in becoming an active member of the Programs Committee, or have suggestions for future themes/programs, please contact either Leslie Van Auken or J. Leigh Harcum.
