Responsibilities

Oversee and manage projects related to client compensation plan development

Respond to requests for proposals/cost estimates discussing scope and timeline and following up with potential clients as directed

Prepare drafts of work plans and proposals

 Delegate project work among project staff

Track and notify client and staff of upcoming deadlines and provide project status updates

Perform batch coordinator duties for online Position Analysis Questionnaire (PAQ) process, including review, analysis, and client communication

Develop and distribute salary surveys and analyze data for use in plan development

Prepare compensation plans; reconcile survey data with job evaluation points; review data for internal equity; develop implementation options

Assists with project kickoffs

Develop kickoff materials

Prepare and submit project initiation documents

Review client documents for accuracy and completeness

Develop performance evaluation systems; discusses requirements with client; assists with training clients on the use of system

Assists with the development of personnel policies; prepares policy recommendations related to hiring incentives, progression through the pay range, career development, etc.

Deliver excellent client service as the primary client contact on assigned projects

Respond promptly and independently to client inquiries

Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings

Train clients on the maintenance of study related documents and systems

Educate and train new staff; work with staff to update and maintain processes, procedures, and templates

Travel as required to attend client meetings

 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree with coursework in human resources, public administration, business administration, or related field

·         Two to six years of experience in human resources and/or compensation analysis with some experience in project management

·         Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills

·         Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.

·         Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
