Duties

  • Migrates position descriptions into new database
  • Identifies potential areas of improvement in position descriptions
  • Offers editorial input on existing position descriptions
  • Writes and/or edits position descriptions as needed, seeking input from management and compensation team

Qualifications

  • Experience in the compensation field
  • Experience with job documentation and/or writing
  • Familiarity with position descriptions
  • Demonstrated computer skills
