Compensation Consultant

VCU Health System's Human Resources Department is seeking a full time Compensation Consultant. This person independently consults with clients, analyzes compensation issues, and prepares alternatives and recommendations. Provides data analysis and participates in compensation projects including, but not limited to, job evaluation, market pricing, structure analysis, special pay plans, etc. Responsible for planning and administration of assigned compensation programs. Will report to our Director of Compensation.  

Responsibilities

Coordinates project development and implementation in a timely manner to meet management requests and needs.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in compensation

Preferred

CCP or working toward CCP
