Human Resources Executive Compensation Specialist - Federal Reserve Bank

The Human Resources (HR) Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is looking for an Advanced level Executive Compensation Specialist.  In the role, the Executive Compensation Specialist delivers innovative human resources services, interprets and enforces human resources policy; researches, develops, and analyzes human resources programs; monitors outcomes and implements improvements. The Executive Compensation Specialist also prepares reports and recommendations and serves as a consultant to management on the implementation and execution of HR policy.  The Executive Compensation Specialist reports to the Total Rewards Senior Manager located in Richmond, VA.

Additional Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

         Leads and owns the development and operation of high impact Executive Compensation programs and services

·         Uses broad knowledge of HR concepts, policies, best practices, and trends to lead development of key policies and procedures, services, and/or software solutions

·         Consults with management of dedicated client groups to identify and understand their business needs.  Makes recommendations to address these needs that include using a variety of compensation tools and processes.

·         Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant to CHRO and Senior Executives in executive compensation expertise

·         Tracks and measures program performance, streamlines processes, resolves highly complex issues, and introduces enhancements

·         Maintains responsibility for budget and procurement activities related to executive compensation area

·         Completes highly complex research, investigations, and ad hoc analytical reports

·         Directs, coordinates, and provides leadership support to cross-functional project teams as necessary

***Executive Compensation Specialist (HR Specialist – Advanced) hiring range is $83,700 – 104,600, annually
