Facility: VCU Health System - MCV Hospitals, Richmond VA
Department: Human Resources 
Full time - Days 

VCU Health System's Human Resources Department is seeking a full time Compensation Analyst. Will provide support in analyzing, developing, implementing, administering and monitoring of VCU Health System Compensation programs. 

Responsibilities
Prepares various reports. Administers compensation programs and maintains logs. Participates in salary surveys, conducts job evaluations and reviews salary actions. 

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field from an accredited program

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance with a working knowledge of compensation principals, practices and regulatory issues

Proficient use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

Preferred
Completed course work toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation

Previous work experience in Compensation specifically in compensation analysis and salary administration
