Compensation Analyst - Dominion Energy

Dominion Energy has an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Compensation team in support of Dominion's business units and their employees. This position will work closely with their assigned Business Engagement HR partners and the business units in the development, implementation and administration of corporate and business unit compensation programs and will work with all levels of leadership and interface with Dominion employees.

Specific responsibilities will include:
- Design and administer Dominion compensation programs and policies, including: annual merit and incentive pay programs, and supplemental and differential pay policies, and equity based compensation program.  Will involve interactions with IT on systems management.
- Conduct market pricing studies to determine appropriate pay ranges for jobs within the Company.
- Support assigned Business Engagement HR and customer groups in the implementation and administration of business unit specific base, supplemental and incentive compensation programs and policies, including analytical, research, training, and communications.
- Serve as an advisor to management and employees providing information to ensure company compensation programs, policies and procedures are administered in an effective, consistent equitable and legal manner.
- Foster teamwork and open communications within our HR business communities.
