PFG is looking for a Senior Manager of Compensation to lead the development, implementation and management of compensation strategies and practices related to broad-based associate compensation. This role builds and iterates strategic compensation / total rewards programs for our associates that are scalable, compliant and competitive. Manages team members responsible for compensation design and execution, modeling, project planning, communications and change management.
