    WorldatWork  is excited to announce a special offering of the Work-Life Certification Program for all government practitioners. This will include a variety of educational opportunities that will support your development as a work-life professional.  All Work-life courses will be delivered through a Blended Learning delivery format. Blended Learning is a hybrid learning solution that combines independent e-learning and collaborative traditional classroom learning.  Participants get the best of both worlds with greater convenience and flexibility. 

     

    Kicking off with Introduction to Work-Life Effectiveness - Successful Work-Life Programs to Attract, Motivate and Retain Employees (W1), October 1-31st, 2014, each course is  being offered at a special government rate of $895 (a savings of $500 off the member rate and $1,055 off the non-member rate).  Please click on the link below to learn more or to register.  If you already have the WLCP designation, congratulations!     We are pleased to officially announce our three new members of the Board of Directors for 2014!
     
    Paul Seidenberg is assuming the role of President, Carrie Pavlica will be our new Director of Communications and Jae Lee will be our new Co-Director of Professional Development.  The complete Board of Directors list is as follows:

    A few weeks ago, World at Work announced the launch of our Compensation Institute, a professional development framework that guides practitioners through every stage of a careerundefinedfrom technical mastery to strategic business proficiency, positioning practitioners for success as they advance into more senior management roles.

    Two new courses were also announced on Oct 9, both of which WorldatWork will offer in 2014.
