Any individual who is actively engaged in Compensation or Human Resource functions is eligible for membership with the Richmond Compensation Association (RCA). Paid membership runs on a calendar year basis, beginning January 1 - December 31. Your membership is on an individual, rather than organization/corporate basis. If you leave your current organization, your RCA membership goes with you.
To apply for RCA membership, please select the appropriate membership level and complete payment using Paypal or with a check payable to the Richmond Compensation Association. Completed applications and payments should be received by March 1st in order to be included in the first quarter membership directory.
