Why Employers Are Embracing a Proactive Approach to Pay Equity

With the current spotlight on pay equity, more employers are conducting pay equity audits (PEAs) to identify and resolve potential pay equity problems within their organizations. In some instances, this is in response to local legislation - but increasingly businesses are embracing the need to undertake pay equity analysis proactively rather than waiting until regulations force their use.

In this session, Ruth Thomas, Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at CURO, will cover:

• Why employers are embracing a proactive approach to pay equity analysis

• How the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted wage inequality and the need to take action

• The steps for a successful pay equity audit

• How to leverage technology to perform pay equity audits and close pay gaps within your organization
