Education

RCA provides numerous learning opportunities for the HR community by offering WorldatWork certification courses and examinations right in the Richmond area. Each certification course includes 2 full days of classroom instruction followed by a four-hour exam session on the third day. Meals are provided and accommodations are available for overnight stays. HR professionals who are working towards any WorldatWork certification may also do self-study and test out of any other course during the exam session on the final day.
